Project summary fields

GET /api/v1/projects/{slug} and each row of GET /api/v1/projects return the same summary shape: slug, name, endpoints (operation count from the current OpenAPI spec), docsStatus (disabled, public, or request-access), isOwner (true when the caller owns the project, false when they are a member), memberCount, createdAt, and updatedAt. Neither endpoint returns the OpenAPI document, docs content, or metrics; use the dedicated endpoints for those.
